• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
• Still camera/video camera charges
• Any Special Pooja tickets.
• Vehicle to visit places which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reasons/ we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges would-be as follows:

• 14 Days prior to departure - 20% of the tour cost.
• 07 days prior to departure - 50% of the tour cost.
• 0 – 07 days to departure – Non refundable.
• No show – Non refundable
• Darshan tickets cannot be cancelled.

No refunds will be made for cancellations made 48 hours before the departure or no show. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
