In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

• Darshan tickets cannot be cancelled.
• 7 days prior to departure: 20% of the tour cost.
• 48 hours prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• Less than 48 hours before departure or no show: No refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 14 business days.
